My banker told me they could definitely get me approved. A little over a month later and tons of questions, my bank declined me. I applied at Yellow Iron Loans in the morning and I got approved later that day with no money down.   

I needed $25,000 to complete a job.  GU Loans approved me in about about three hour and wired the money to my checking account the next morning.
